Support our Effort Through a Financial and In-Kind Donations
How to Donate

Donate to Catholic Charities of Southeast Michigan to assist in our efforts to continue to operate all our necessary social and support services across the Archdiocese of Detroit. We will continue to offer behavioral health services remotely, serve food to those in need in Detroit, and expand our services to support seniors.

In-Kind Donation- La Casa Amiga Food Pantry

Your donation will go to support our La Casa Amiga Food Pantry. This program supports hundreds of families in the Pontiac and surrounding area. This program allows these low-income families to receive basic food resources. We are in need of lots of food items to support this program:

  • Dry Milk
  • Bread
  • Grains: Rice, Beans, lentil
  • Pasta
  • Cereal
  • Sugar
  • Canned Soup
  • Canned Fruit
  • Canned Vegetables
  • Canned sauces
  • Canned tuna or chicken
  • Water
  • Milk and juice boxes for kids
  • Baby Food
  • Shampoo
  • Soap
  • Toilet Paper
  • Hand sanitizer
  • Clorox
  • Canned sauces
  • Canned tuna or chicken
  • Water

  • Snacks for kids

Donations will be accepted on Thursdays from 10 AM-1 PM at our Pontiac location!

If you are in need of a donation receipt please leave your contact information (preferably email) with your donation! Our staff will make sure you receive a tax receipt and a much-deserved thank you!

In-Kind Donation- Hygiene Kits for the Homeless

Catholic Charities and the Malta Dental and Medical Clinic are providing  Covid-19 Personal and Home Hygiene Kits for the homeless and poor. By providing these care kits, we hope to reduce the incidents of a second wave.

Items that are needed are:

  • Deodorant
  • Razors
  • Bar/bottles of soap
  • Small shampoo/ conditioner
  • Hand sanitizer (2-4oz)
  • Cleaning gloves (heavy-duty)
  • Menstrual pads
  • Toilet paper
  • Small Kleenex packets or boxes
  • Quart Clorox or disinfectant
  • Paper towels
  • Cleaning cloth/sponge
  • Spray bottles
  • Safety glasses
  • Multivitamins

In-Kind Donations- Child Welfare

Thank you for considering an in-kind donation to Catholic Charities of Southeast Michigan during the COVID-19 health crisis!

Your donation will go to support our Child Welfare programs. We want to support our foster families and independent youth during the health crisis. The games and snacks on the list are to help support our families and their children. Thank you for supporting this program with an in-kind donation.

Volunteer Opportunities
All Saints Soup Kitchen and Food Pantry

Our food program at All Saints Soup Kitchen will open on Thursday and Friday, by appointment only.  Please visit the All Saints Soup Kitchen and Food Pantry page here for complete details.

All Saints Soup Kitchen and Food Pantry has relocated to the Center for the Works of Mercy located at  8642 Woodward Ave. in Detroit
