At CCSEM, we cherish the unique journey each adoptee takes. Our Adoption Records Service connects you to your personal history, offering insights into your own story. While we offer this valuable service, please note there is a $60 fee for records lookup, necessary to cover the administrative costs involved in this detailed process. Orientation is an in-home meeting to review the agency’s program statement, policies, and procedures for completing an adoption home study. You can expect to discuss desired characteristics of a child, timeframes, fees, and required documentation. Cost is $250 Click here to process this payment

Part 1. Home Study: Following your orientation, we begin the process for adoption services, including but not limited to documentation gathering, family interviews, and the assessment process. Cost is $3000 Click here to process the part 1 home study. 

Part 2. Home Study: This is your final payment for the home study process! This final fee completes your home study and provides you with three copies of the home study report. Payment must be received before the study report is released.  Cost is $1000 Click here to process the final home study payment.
