Congratulations to CCSEM's own La Casa Amiga Community Programs, one of nine finalists selected for the 2023 Catholic Charities USA Innovation Challenge Grant Contest. La Casa Amiga Community Programs developed a workforce development model - MI Oportunidad (My Opportunity), to help walk migrant Spanish speaking women on the pathway to owning their own home-based childcare service businesses. Part of the submission process included submitting a 90-second video pitch of the innovation model.
