Ascension Health is seeking volunteers to help with a series of COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics at three different sites in Southeast Michigan, including Southfield, Warren, and Detroit.

Volunteer shifts will be broken down into two (2) 5-hour shifts at each of the vaccination clinics. If you are interested in volunteering, please complete the following three (3) forms and email them along with a photocopy of your driver's license to covidvolunteermailbox@ascension.org.

The Ascension Health Volunteer Team We will do a very quick background check and once cleared (24-48 hours) will notify and invite a volunteer applicant to sign up at the location of their choosing.
